Boar Black Bear
BowGHA 23A September 09, 2016This bear had no fear. As I baited the barrel 1 hour before the hunt. the bear was wanting to come out to feed while I was baiting. It was a freaky situation. When I arrived to hunt the bear it was no where to be seen. A hour later it came out from behind me. I drew my bow and made a terrible first shot at 40 yards. After tracking him on the ground in the bush before dark I found him against a tree and I put another arrow through his chest at 8 yards.

Bull Moose
Harvested on September 22, 2024 in GHA 27 using a BowCalled him on two days earlier without a clean shot. Managed to snipe this bull from 80yards away. Dropped him and will fill the freezer for the year!

Wild Turkey
Harvested on May 12, 2023 in GBHZ 4 using a ShotgunIt took me 5 different outings to finally get some birds to work the decoys. I wasn't settling for anything less than a mature Tom for my first turkey. I am very happy with the bird that I shot.

Bull Moose
Harvested on September 29, 2019 in GHA 9 using a RifleLast season while moose hunting, I received a msg stating my father suffered a heart attack he would not recover from. This year I decided I would hunt a moose with his old 300 savage 99 that had been passed down to him from my grandfather. Not only was I successful on a moose. I did it with minutes of the anniversary of his heart attack and managed to capture it all on film thanks to Stephanie Reling.
