I started by sitting on a hill next to a small pond and about an hour after sitting the wind changed and I moved across the pond clearing to an oak tree and rested at the base of the oak about an hour later a nick buck came down the hill I was sitting on not an hour ago I lined up my scope and the focus was off I adjusted the focus and took my shot I went to investigate the area where I had last seen the deer and heard it crashing in the woods followed the over turned dirt and rocks there he lay

After getting skunked hunting Canada's I saw a big flock of blues and snows resting in a field as I was driving away. Stalked through the ditched and jumped up from behind a berm and got my first blue and snow geese.

My first snow goose. There were thousands of them that weekend but we were not targeting them. Had a few stragglers come join our decoys. Very cool bird!

Caught this little guy hanging out with a big flock of gadwalls trying to stay out of the wind.

Called him on two days earlier without a clean shot. Managed to snipe this bull from 80yards away. Dropped him and will fill the freezer for the year!

First time duck hunting, kickin it old school with just a shotgun,no fancy camo or decoys, went out Sunday afternoon for a walk on the property and came across some ducks. Was pretty happy with 3 ducks in 3 shots.
